It’s been 25 years since I started out in the L&D field. Back then a job like : “Coach” or “Trainer” only meant something in sports. (Corporate training was pretty thin).
My journey in the L&D field has taken me all over the world, working with people from 45 countries across the globe, from boardrooms, to conference tents.
I’ve designed and delivered over 1,300 training & development programs on leadership & organization development, some of which have won multiple awards for their impact and innovation.
My clients include more than 700 organizations in a diverse range of industries from banking to manufacturing giants, from global non-profits to tech leaders.
I am honored to have coached and trained more than 26,000 incredible people, from CEOs to young aspiring professionals, many of whom have gone on to do amazing things.
